The 2025 meeting will take place at the San Diego Convention Center (111 Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101). Use the information below to plan logistics for your travel to DDW.

The 2025 meeting will take place at the San Diego Convention Center (111 Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101).

Transportation Options

There are many transportation options to get to San Diego and the convention center, whether you’re flying or driving.

  • Airport: The main gateway for travelers coming to San Diego, the San Diego International Airport (SAN) is conveniently located just minutes from downtown and is serviced by 17 major and commuter airlines, including nonstop flights from Mexico, Canada, Japan and the UK. Several modes of ground transportation from to/from the airport. We’ve partnered with Delta and United Airlines to provide flight discounts for our 2025 attendees.
    • Delta Air Lines: book your flight online or call 1-800-328-1111 (and reference meeting event code NY3MX). Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via their reservation 800 number.
    • United Airlines: book your flight online or call 800- 426-1122 (and reference meeting event code ZQHF446758). Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk. 
  • Public Transportation: From the San Diego Trolley to busses and Coaster, San Diego offers many modes of public transportation.
  • Shuttles: Complimentary shuttle bus service for attendees will be provided from contracted hotels to the convention center. Take the San Diego Flyer, a free electric shuttle bus service between SAN and Old Town Transit Center.
  • Ground Transportation: Taxis are abundant and easily accessible from the convention center, airport, major hotels and downtown locations. San Diego is also a ride-share friendly city for services like Uber and Lyft.
  • Car Rentals: There are numerous rental car agencies throughout the region, with several located at the airport. Free dedicated rental car shuttle buses run continually to ferry customers between the airport terminals and the Rental Car Center.
